Memorial Tree and Stone

No Greater Love, with the honored support of the Embassy of Kuwait, wishes to honor the sacrifice of the brave men and women in the Persian Gulf War by dedicating a memorial stone and tree in remembrance of those who died in Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm and Provide Comfort.

For the memorial, the majestic London Plane Tree is an outstanding hybrid tree originating from the United States and Western Asia.  It grows straight and tall – over 100 feet in height.  Since this tree is long lived, it is a symbol of adaptability and strength.  At the base of the memorial tree is a commemorative black granite stone.
