The Commission’s authorizing legislation provides that four military officers and two federal employees be detailed “to assist the Commission in carrying out the act.” Personnel are to be detailed from the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines, as well as from the Departments of Education and Veteran’s Affairs.
