Vietnam War
November 10, 1991
Arlington National Cemetery
Memorial Tree and Stone

The Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Constitution Gardens stands alone as the major national memorial to those who died in Vietnam, and as a reminder to al of the costs of war.  The simple memorial stone being dedicated by No Greater Love in Arlington National Cemetery – the most hallowed ground in America – is meant to symbolize the full physical and spiritual unification of the casualties of the Vietnam War with Americans in all of our wars who sacrificed their lives for freedom.

As a symbol of strength due to its longevity and hard wood, the Sugar Maple is an outstanding memorial for these veterans.  At the base of the Memorial Tree is a commemorative black granite stone.
